HOLY TRINITY CHURCH, Weare Giffard, Devon

Holy Trinity was built in 13th century and enhanced to its present size in the 15th century. The tombs and effigies of Sir Walter Giffard and his wife Lady Alice de St George, dated about 1243, are housed in the church which stands adjacent to Weare Giffard Hall, the ancient residence of the Giffards.
