NORTH WYKE
Courtyard view of the residence of John 'Warrior' Wykes (c.1525-1591) and his wife Mary Giffard (d.1598). John is credited with completing the building of the manor house at North Wyke, which dates back to 1242. Situated in South Tawton in Devon, it was the seat of the Wyke (or Wykes) family until 1714.
